Can I place an order without creating an account?

Yes. You can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account. We do recommend that you create an account, however, if you’d like to check your order history and have your shopping basket items and track your order when shipped. It’s quick and easy to create an account. Just visit www.champlocker.com/account and follow the instructions on-screen.

Where is my order confirmation?

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at contact@champlocker.com just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

Why has my order been canceled?

We typically only cancel orders if there’s a problem with stock, or if you’ve asked us to cancel. Please accept our apologies if your order is canceled because of a problem at our end. We always contact our customer when there's any issue with the order before any cancellation.

How do I cancel my order?

There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering, via sales@yourstorename.com, we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed. If not, we’ll despatch your order and then you can return it to us if you wish upon receiving it.

Can I return or exchange an item?

You can absolutely exchange & return your items to us, within 14 days after receiving it, as long as it’s undamaged, unused and contained in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

Refunds

We're committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase from Champlocker.com. Our refund process is designed to be simple and straightforward, offering you two convenient options:

(1) Gift Vouchers:
If you decide to return an item and prefer not to exchange it for something else, you can request a gift voucher. This voucher will exclude the original shipping fees and will be delivered to you as a digital code via email or SMS. Gift vouchers have a generous 6-month expiration date, giving you the flexibility to shop for anything you like on Champlocker.com. Please allow up to 5 working days from the day you submit your return request for gift vouchers to be processed.

(2) Cash Refund:
In the event that the item you received doesn't match its description or image on our website when you made the purchase, and you choose not to exchange it, you have the option to request a refund of your order amount, including the shipping fees you paid. Additionally, if the item you received is defective or in unsatisfactory condition, we offer to send you a replacement of the same item with free shipping. If, for any reason, the item is no longer available in our stock, we will issue a refund.

Typically, cash refund requests are processed within 5 working days.
